Renee made significant strides in media sales and sales team management and as the owner of a full-service advertising agency, she honed her skills in research, brand development, marketing strategy, digital media, and analytics. Renee's unwavering passion for understanding consumer behavior empowers her to craft targeted media strategies that resonate with her clients' specific target markets. She blends her intuition, extensive experience, and meticulous research to provide strategic media recommendations, campaign messaging, and design concepts.
In addition to her professional achievements, Renee Schneider is fueled by a deep passion for fitness and nutrition. As a dedicated competitive bodybuilder and certified nutrition coach, she exemplifies discipline, perseverance, and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle. Through her personal journey in the fitness realm, Renee has developed a profound understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition and physical well-being, which supports the demanding life of an ad agency.
Outside of her professional and fitness pursuits, Renee actively engages in philanthropy and community service. Alongside her volunteering efforts for animal welfare and religious organizations, she wholeheartedly embraces the joy of exploring the great outdoors with her family. Whether it's hiking through scenic trails, traveling the world, or immersing herself in diverse cultures, Renee finds inspiration and rejuvenation in these experiences.
Renee's academic foundation includes a degree in integrated marketing communications from Wichita State University, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical underpinnings and practical applications of effective marketing strategies. This educational background, coupled with her diverse experiences, enables Renee to approach her work with a well-rounded perspective and a unique creative edge.
Jordan is a “lifelong student” with a passion for learning. She enjoys taking on new projects, and her adaptability and dedication to learning make her a valuable asset to her clients. Jordan has executed effective marketing campaigns for local nonprofits, spearheaded fundraising operations, and taken a lead role in event planning. Additionally, she has implemented marketing strategies for clients on sustainable agricultural practices, renewable energy, retail, real estate, biotechnology, tourism, fraud prevention, financial empowerment, and private and public equity.
Outside of work, Jordan spends her time volunteering for local nonprofits in her community. From 2021 to 2023, she served as vice president of marketing and communications for Young Variety, a young professional board of Variety – the Children’s Charity of Iowa. In this position, she orchestrated and managed various communications and social media campaigns aimed at fundraising for grants and programs to support Iowa children and families.
In 2018, Jordan served as an intern for the Iowa Democratic Party's House Truman Fund and the Iowa House Democratic Caucus, implementing various grassroots communications strategies to support locally elected Democratic officials.
Jordan has a journalism and mass communication degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Her superior work earned her the prestigious recognition as Drake University's 2019 Strategic Political Communication Alumna of the Year.
Emily has experience in account management. She has worked with clients, managing projects from start to finish, to reach their ultimate marketing goals. She has worked with small to medium-sized businesses and nonprofits. Outside of work, Emily spends time with her family, friends and her dog.
Emily Duddy holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree from Drake University, with a major in Public Relations, minor in Sociology, and concentration in Environmental Sociology.
Morgan worked as a graphic design intern at Rock Communications, after which she was hired full-time as an ad sign coordinator while simultaneously pursuing freelance design projects. Her projects included designing packaging for food products, logos for corporate brands, and graphics for advertising and marketing campaigns.
Morgan is a graduate of Des Moines Area Community College, where she earned an associate degree in graphic design. In her free time, she enjoys taking her dogs on walks and spending time with friends and family.
Alex had been producing commercial/corporate video for over a decade. Working with clients directly to shape their vision into a finished video product, start to finish. His agency handled clients well-versed in video, and others that needed guidance all along the way. Covering the spectrum with small business, non-profits, mid-size franchises, and large corporations.
Alex Welsh graduated from University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree, majoring in Electronic media and minoring in Communication Theory.
When not building creative content for our clients, Alex, along with his wife, is doing his best parent impression for his two little ones.
Lindsay worked as the corporate controller and director of compliance at St. Gregory Centers, assistant controller at Jacobson Companies, and various roles within accounting and compliance at Wells Fargo. She also spent two years in public accounting at McGladrey & Pullen.
Lindsay Witte graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s in accounting. She is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
Sybil worked as the business manager of InnerVisions HealthCare and St. Augustin Parish in Des Moines. Sybil’s ability to evaluate data has allowed companies and organizations to grow with confidence. In addition, Sybil has managed capital and event projects to facilitate development.
Sybil Sullivan obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA) and master’s degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
Outside of work, Sybil volunteers for several religious organizations. She enjoys reading and playing sports of all kinds with her family.
